  • Individual Therapy

    I believe each person’s life is shaped by a rich interplay of stories—personal, cultural, familial, and lived experiences of both harm and healing. Rather than simply focusing on the things you do, our sessions will explore the deeper narratives that inform who you are, where you've been, and who you hope to become. Together, we’ll co-discover the role you play in your life’s story and work toward living more freely, authentically, and meaningfully within it.

    I offer individual therapy sessions (50 minutes) in person at my office in Mountlake Terrace and via telehealth.

  • Walk & Talk Therapy

    Spending too much time in a chair? Or feel like you need to move just to allow your mind to settle and process? Walk & Talk therapy may be a great option for you.

    I offer a limited number of Walk & Talk sessions (50 minutes) at various locations throughout the week. In an effort to foster added resilience we will meet rain or shine.*

    *Severe weather may require canceling, rescheduling, or meeting via telehealth.

  • Couples Therapy

    In couples therapy, I approach your relationship as a shared story shaped by each person’s individual histories, beliefs, and experiences. Together, we’ll explore the narratives that have brought you to where you are today and co-author new ways of understanding, connecting, and growing. The goal is not just problem-solving, but deepening the story you’re writing together.

    I offer couples therapy sessions (50 minutes) in person only at my office in Mountlake Terrace.
